What wonderful customer service, Lynn!

Finished my Bay de Chaleur mitts, and a pumpkin made with Briggs and Little yarn! I ordered the yarn from Where the Wildflowers Grow Gallery, before I left home (Ottawa) for the Maritimes. When I arrived at Where the Wildflowers Grow Gallery to pick up my yarn, it was all caked up and ready for me to knit up in the car.
What wonderful customer service, Lynn!
I knit the mitts while I spent 3 weeks, in September and October, in Nova Scotia. Thank you to Saltwater Mittens knitters who helped me understand how to do the top shaping, while maintaing the S&P pattern! Mitt Yarns: B&L Heritage in Dark Grey and Peacock colourways. B&L Handpainted Softspun in the Flamingo colourway. Pumpkin Yarn: B&L Heritage Orange and Fawn.
The pumpkin pattern is free. It’s “Knit Pumpkin” by Julie Measures.

It’s a fantastic place to visit, buy and return to again and again.

When you step into Lynn’s shop you immediately feel welcome. The products she sells are the finest quality. And her selection is varied and affordable. I learn something new about knitting, yarn, etc. every time I visit her shop. And the selection of colours…!!! It’s a fantastic place to visit, buy and return to again and again.

Love having local fibre to knit with…

Yay, it arrived: Illimani’s Amelie is the lightest, fluffiest floofy yarn I’ve smooched next to my face. Can’t wait to knit with it! And the Alpaca from Sunrise Farms is just going to be a spectacular hat.
Love having local fibre to knit with, love supporting the small farms and businesses that are so important in my life. Thank you, all.
